Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in Business Operations, Program Management, Strategy or Consulting.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leadership to develop and execute business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive operational planning and forecasting across the region.

Business Operations & Strategy

• Partner with regional leadership to develop and execute business strategies aligned with organizational goals.


• Drive operational planning, forecasting across the region.


• Translate strategic priorities into actionable operational plans and measurable outcomes.


• Support business reviews and strategic initiatives

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvement initiatives.


• Lead standardization and optimization efforts across regional operations.


• Drive automation and digitization opportunities to improve productivity and service delivery.


• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance frameworks, and operational standards.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Projects, Business Development, Project Controls, Finance, HR.


• Serve as a trusted advisor to regional leaders on operational priorities and business decisions.


• Facilitate alignment between regional and global teams to achieve business objectives.


• Manage communications related to operational updates, initiatives, and business performance.

Program & Project Management

• Lead regional projects and transformation initiatives from planning through execution.


• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.


• Coordinate resources and stakeholders to drive timely project completion.


• Provide regular progress updates to leadership teams.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to regional and organizational operating procedures.


• Support audit readiness and compliance requirements.


• Establish governance models and reporting mechanisms for key business initiatives.

Monitor operational risks and implement mitigation plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field.


• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.


• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Strategy, Consulting, or related functions.


• Experience supporting regional or multi-country operations.
