Overview

Should have leadership quality to manage and handle team of 25 members.

Responsibilities

• Leadership to manage and handle team of 25 members.
• Manpower Planning: Planning of manpower requirement (Engineers & Technicians) based on present workload & expected workload for next one year & accordingly do recruitment for the same.
• Allocation of resources: Nomination of lead engineer on various jobs & also allocation of other resources such as engineer, draftsman considering the volume of work & schedule of project.
• Progress review: Periodical review of project progress with respect to project schedule & allocation of additional resources on need basis.
• Hands on experience in Pharma in API, Formulation, Sterile, Biotech and clean room
• Has Experience with Data Centre HVAC system
• Motivating department colleagues to complete timely project to the satisfaction of client.
• To provide technical help to the colleagues in the department whenever required.
• Familiarity with all the running projects & periodical visit to sites to get timely feedback from clients & to take corrective action as & when required.
• To make & update engineering standards related to specifications for procurement for various HVAC items, design calculations, bill of material etc.
• To attend various technical seminars to update with latest technology available in the market & to transfer the same to the department colleagues.
• To take care of software need for the department.
• To assist in bringing new opportunities of business development for organization.
• Guide team for energy efficient and quality design.
• Conduct site visits to understand project issues and resolve them.
• Training of junior engineers working under him.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 20+ year of experience
• Other management courses, ASHRAE membership
