Job summary

HRD House in Vijayawada seeks a seasoned Regional Business Manager to lead Sales & Business Development for the Acute segment across Andhra Pradesh. You will drive budget attainment, product launches, and retention/development of ABMs and MRs while ensuring strong PCPM and target achievement.

The role requires 10–12 years in pharma sales, with 2–3 years as Regional Sales Manager in the acute segment, and solid skills in people management, planning and promotional strategies to boost market

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in science or pharmacy with 10-12 years pharma sales experience.
• 2-3 years as Regional Sales Manager handling Acute segment across Andhra Pradesh.
• Proven ability in people mgmt, team development and field leadership.
• Experience in scientific/medical promotions and launching new products.

• 1. As a Regional Business Manager (2nd line manager position) you will based at Vijayawada HQ to handle Sales & Business Development of Acute Segment covering entire Andhra Pradesh for reputed Pharma company.
• 2. You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of ABM's & MR's and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.
• 3. You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies.
• 4. You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force.
• 5. You will be responsible for effective and also helping them to achieve targets.

Required Candidate Profile

• 1. You should be B.Sc or Science or Pharmacy Graduate with 10-12 years experience in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years as Regional Sales Manager handling of Acute Segment covering entire Andhra Pradesh for reputed Pharma company.
• 2. You should be good in Man/ Management and Business Development.
• 3. You should have good experience in scientific / medical promotions , launching new products and effective implementation of strategies.
