Job summary

HRD House in Pune invites an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead Sales and Business Development for the Acute and Orthopedic segment. Based at Pune HQ, you will oversee a field force of 4 ABMs and 23 MRs, drive budget achievement, and coordinate new product launches.

You will manage medical promotions, implement strategies effectively, and ensure strong PCPM and target achievement while maintaining administrative control over the team.

Qualifications

• Science Graduate with 8-12 years in Pharma Sales, including 2-3 years as Regional Sales Manager in Acute and Orthopedic segments.
• Strong capability in People management and Business Development.
• Experience in scientific/medical promotions, launching new products and implementing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budget targets and drive sales in Acute and Orthopedic segments for Pune city and Nagar road.
• Lead a field force of 4 ABMs and 23 MRs and ensure PCPM and target achievement.
• Oversee promotions and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies.

• You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of 4 ABMs & 23 MR's and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.
• You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies.
• You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force.
• You will be responsible for effective and also helping them to achieve targets.

Candidate Profile.

• Science Graduate 8-12 years in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years as Regional Sales Manager handling Acute and Orthopedic segment based at Pune HQ covering entire Pune city and Nagar road for reputed Pharma Company.
