Job summary

HRD House in Pune invites applications for a Regional Business Manager role overseeing Sales & Business Development of the Acute Segment across Pune, Kolhapur, Solapur, PCMC and Latur.

The candidate will drive budget achievement, product launches and retention/development of ABMs & MR's, while ensuring high PCPM and target attainment. Strong people management and strategic execution are essential.

Qualifications

• B.Sc or Science or Pharmacy graduate with 10-12 years pharma sales experience.
• 2-3 years as Regional Sales Manager handling Acute Segment across Pune, Kolhapur, Solapur, PCMC & Latur.
• Strong people/ management and business development skills.
• Experience in scientific/medical promotions and product launches.

• Based at Pune HQ to handle Sales & Business Development of Acute Segment.

• 1. As a Regional Business Manager (2nd line manager position) you will based at Pune HQ to handle Sales & Business Development of Acute Segment covering Pune, Kolhapur, Solapur, PCMC & Latur for reputed Pharma company.
• 2. You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of ABM's & MR's and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.
• 3. You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies.
• 4. You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force.
• 5. You will be responsible for effective and also helping them to achieve targets.

Required Candidate Profile

• 1. You should be B.Sc or Science or Pharmacy Graduate with 10-12 years experience in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years as Regional Sales Manager handling of Acute Segment covering Pune, Kolhapur, Solapur, PCMC & Latur for reputed Pharma company.
