Job summary

Crissfin in Karnataka seeks a Regional Business Head to lead the Micro LAP business across the state, achieve targets, manage teams, and develop strategies while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance. You will recruit and mentor Relationship Managers and branch staff, monitor KPIs, analyse trends, and build strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors to drive regional growth.

This role reports to the Business Head (South) and requires 10–15 years of experience with Micro

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in regional or sales leadership.
• Experience in Micro LAP / Affordable LAP exposure.
• Must have team handling experience.
• Reporting to: Business Head (South).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional plans to achieve Micro LAP growth.
• Monitor activities aligned with credit policies.
• Conduct trend analysis and benchmarking.
• Recruit, train, and mentor RMs, branch managers, and staff.
• Lead performance reviews and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
• Track KPIs to measure regional performance.
• Ensure achievement of regional targets.

As Regional Business Head for the State, you'll lead the Micro LAP business across the state of Karnataka focusing on achieving targets, managing teams, developing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction, while adhering to company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional business plans to achieve growth targets for Micro LAP products.
• Monitor business activities and ensure alignment with company credit policies.
• Conduct trend analysis, benchmarking competitors, and identify best practices.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor Relationship Managers, Branch Managers, cluster business head, and other support staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor business activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
• Ensure achievement of regional targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (Preferred).
• Micro LAP / Affordable LAP exposure.
• 10 Years to 15 Years experience.
• Team Handling Experience is must for this role.
