Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Refrigeration Operator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration principles including thermodynamics, mechanics and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills with ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures related to hazardous equipment operation.
