QHT Clinic is seeking a creative Reel Editor to produce engaging Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. You will edit daily content, apply captions, SFX, transitions, and graphics, and stay aligned with brand aesthetics and current trends.

Ideal candidates bring proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro, with a strong portfolio of short-form videos and a track record of meeting tight deadlines. This is a full-time on-site role in Haridwar, India.

About The Role

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and trend-aware Reel Editor who understands short-form video content and can transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, visual aesthetics, editing techniques, audience retention, and current social media trends. This is a full-time, hands-on role requiring creativity, speed, consistency, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.
• Deliver 6–8 engaging short-form videos daily as per the content plan.
• Add subtitles, captions, sound effects, transitions, zooms, motion graphics, and other engaging visual elements.
• Create strong opening hooks and maintain engaging pacing to maximize audience retention.
• Repurpose long-form YouTube videos, interviews, and raw footage into compelling short-form content.
• Stay updated with trending reel formats, editing styles, audio, and social media content trends.
• Maintain brand consistency in terms of visual style, tone, and quality.
• Collaborate with content writers, videographers, and the creative team.
• Implement feedback promptly and ensure timely delivery of assigned videos.
• Organize project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software.
• Strong understanding of short-form video storytelling, hooks, pacing, and audience retention.
• Good sense of music synchronization, transitions, timing, and visual effects.
• Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content for Instagram and YouTube.
