Job summary

RAHANE AI TECH LIMITED is seeking a skilled video editor to shoot and edit short-form content, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. You will craft engaging Reels and Shorts, sync audio, add trends-driven effects, and design thumbnails and graphics to boost engagement.

You will adapt footage for multiple platforms, maintain an organized media library, and stay current with video trends. A portfolio is required, and collaboration with marketing will ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years + of experience in video shooting and editing
• Portfolio is required
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form storytelling
• Basic understanding of camera handling, lighting, and framing

Responsibilities

• Edit engaging Reels and short-form videos with strong pacing, audio sync, and storytelling
• Add trendy music, sound effects, transitions, captions, and animations that resonate with current social media trends
• Design supporting graphics, social media creatives, and video thumbnails to enhance visual impact
• Repurpose existing footage into different formats (e.g., Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads) to maximize content reach
• Optimize video content for various platforms (aspect ratios, subtitles, compression settings, etc.)
• Collaborate with the content and social media teams to align videos with brand voice, marketing goals, and content calendars
• Maintain an organized library of media assets and project files for easy retrieval and team collaboration
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, visual design, and content marketing
• Ensure consistency in branding by incorporating logos, colours, fonts, and other visual elements across all content
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for campaigns and video series
• Maintain version control and regular backups for all editing projects
• Proficiency in Google Veo, Kling 3.0, Runway, Seedance, Magnific, and Higgsfield, etc., and CorelDRAW is a plus point for content creation and workflow optimisation.
• Expertise in SaaS video production, AI-powered video creation, and generative AI tools for creating engaging marketing videos and digital content.
