Lokal in Bengaluru is hiring a Recruiter (Non-Tech) to screen and prepare candidates for client interviews, manage high-volume outreach, and maintain precise data. You will drive end-to-end recruitment from initial contact to candidate placement, coordinating scheduling and communications with stakeholders.

The role requires 2-5 years in recruitment, strong communication, proficiency with CRM/ATS, and comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Outreach: ensure daily outreach targets are met.
• Interview Scheduling: coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Selection: work towards target interview and selection rates.
• Joining: facilitate joining processes for selected candidates.
• Profile Management: document and complete candidate profiles daily.
• Screening and Scheduling: assess candidate fit and arrange interviews using company forms.
• Candidate Communication: maintain proactive updates to ensure interview attendance.
• Data Management: keep records of interactions and outcomes up-to-date.

Role Overview :

As a Recruiter (Non - Tech) at Lokal, your primary objective will be to effectively screen and prepare candidates for client interviews. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless recruitment process, from initial outreach to successful candidate placement. You will be responsible for reaching out to a large pool of candidates daily, scheduling interviews, and maintaining high standards of communication and data accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate Outreach: Ensure that at least 10 candidates are lined up for client interviews each day.
• Interview Completion: Ensure that a minimum of 5 interviews are conducted daily with shortlisted candidates.
• Selection Rate: Achieve at least 2 candidate selections per day from the interviews conducted
• Joining Rate: Secure at least 1 confirmed candidate joining per day from the selections made.
• Profile Completion: Complete and document candidate profiles daily.
• Screening and Scheduling: Screen candidates based on client-specific requirements and schedule interviews accordingly. Use Forms provided by the company to collect and organize candidate information.
• Candidate Communication: Maintain consistent and proactive communication with candidates to ensure they attend scheduled interviews. Provide post-selection support to candidates to enhance their onboarding experience.
• Data Management: Maintain up-to-date records of candidate interactions and outcomes

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in non-IT and volume hiring environments
• Proficiency in CRM/ATS tools and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong stakeholder management skills
