Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in non-IT and volume hiring environments.
• Proficiency in CRM/ATS tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Outreach: ensure at least 10 candidates lined up daily for client interviews.
• Interview Completion: conduct a minimum of 5 interviews daily with shortlisted candidates.
• Selection Rate: achieve at least 2 candidate selections per day from interviews.
• Joining Rate: secure at least 1 confirmed candidate joining per day from selections.
• Profile Completion: complete and document candidate profiles daily.
• Screening and Scheduling: screen candidates and schedule interviews using company Forms.
• Candidate Communication: maintain proactive communication to ensure attendance at interviews; provide post-selection onboarding support.
• Data Management: maintain up-to-date records of candidate interactions and outcomes.

Role Overview :

As a Recruiter (Non - Tech) at Lokal, your primary objective will be to effectively screen and prepare candidates for client interviews. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless recruitment process, from initial outreach to successful candidate placement. You will be responsible for reaching out to a large pool of candidates daily, scheduling interviews, and maintaining high standards of communication and data accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate Outreach: Ensure that at least 10 candidates are lined up for client interviews each day.

• Candidate Communication: Maintain consistent and proactive communication with candidates to ensure they attend scheduled interviews. Provide post-selection support to candidates to enhance their onboarding experience.
• Data Management: Maintain up-to-date records of candidate interactions and outcomes.
