Lokal is hiring a Recruiter (Non-Tech) in Bengaluru to screen candidates, outreach, and coordinate client interviews. You will manage daily interview queues, maintain candidate communications, and ensure data accuracy across the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in non-IT and volume hiring environments.
• Proficiency in CRM/ATS tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Candidate outreach: ensure at least 10 candidates lined up for client interviews daily.
• Interview completion: conduct a minimum of 5 interviews daily with shortlisted candidates.
• Selection rate: achieve at least 2 candidate selections per day.
• Joining rate: secure at least 1 joining per day from selections.
• Profile completion: complete and document candidate profiles daily.
• Screening and scheduling: screen candidates per client requirements and schedule interviews using company forms.
• Candidate communication: maintain proactive communication to ensure attendance and assist onboarding.
• Data management: keep up-to-date records of candidate interactions and outcomes.

Role Overview

As a Recruiter (Non - Tech) at Lokal , your primary objective will be to effectively screen and prepare candidates for client interviews. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless recruitment process, from initial outreach to successful candidate placement. You will be responsible for reaching out to a large pool of candidates daily, scheduling interviews, and maintaining high standards of communication and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Outreach: Ensure that at least 10 candidates are lined up for client interviews each day.
• Interview Completion: Ensure that a minimum of 5 interviews are conducted daily with shortlisted candidates.
• Selection Rate: Achieve at least 2 candidate selections per day from the interviews conducted.
• Joining Rate: Secure at least 1 confirmed candidate joining per day from the selections made.
• Profile Completion: Complete and document candidate profiles daily.
• Screening and Scheduling: Screen candidates based on client-specific requirements and schedule interviews accordingly. Use Forms provided by the company to collect and organize candidate information.
• Candidate Communication: Maintain consistent and proactive communication with candidates to ensure they attend scheduled interviews. Provide post-selection support to candidates to enhance their onboarding experience.
• Data Management: Maintain up-to-date records of candidate interactions and outcomes.

Requirements
