• Good understanding of job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and candidate databases.

• Identify and onboard new recruitment agencies and sourcing partners.
• Screen and review profiles received from recruitment partners for quality and relevance.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, feedback, documentation, offers, and joining.

Suitable AI is looking for a Recruiter & Vendor Relations Specialist to strengthen our candidate sourcing and recruitment partner network.

The role will combine hands-on recruitment with vendor and partner management. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates directly, activating existing recruitment partners, onboarding new vendors, and ensuring timely and high-quality candidate submissions for client requirements.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys recruitment, relationship management, and working in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Manage and engage with Suitable AI’s network of recruitment agencies, vendors, and freelance recruiters.
• Share open positions and priority requirements with relevant recruitment partners.
• Follow up regularly with vendors to ensure timely candidate submissions.
• Reactivate dormant recruitment partners and improve their participation.
• Identify and onboard new recruitment agencies and sourcing partners.
• Map vendors based on their expertise, industries, skills, locations, and candidate networks.
• Screen and review profiles received from recruitment partners for quality and relevance.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, feedback, documentation, offers, and joining.
• Maintain strong relationships with high-performing recruitment partners.
• Track vendor-wise submissions, shortlists, interviews, selections, offers, and joinings.
• Ensure urgent and high-priority requirements receive adequate sourcing coverage.
• Minimize duplicate, irrelevant, and low-quality candidate submissions.
• Work closely with internal recruiters, delivery teams, and account managers to achieve hiring targets.

Key Performance Indicators

Performance will be measured on:

• Number of quality candidates sourced
• Number of active recruitment vendors
• Dormant vendors reactivated
• New recruitment partners onboarded
• Profiles generated through the vendor network
• Candidate quality and shortlist ratio
• Interview-to-selection ratio
• Offer-to-joining ratio
• Turnaround time for priority positions
• Overall contribution to successful closures

Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or recruitment vendor management.
• Strong experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment.
• Prior experience working with recruitment agencies or staffing partners is preferred.
• Good understanding of job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and candidate databases.
• Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
• Comfortable making calls and interacting with recruitment vendors on a daily basis.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Target-driven and comfortable working with recruitment metrics.
• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience in IT, Automotive, Engineering, Semiconductor, Telecom, or R&D recruitment will be an advantage.
