Job summary

Bonami Software is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter -Vendor Manager to lead IT staffing vendor networks and optimize candidate submissions. The role focuses on managing vendor relationships, expanding the network, and ensuring timely fulfillment of IT staffing requirements.

The candidate will screen vendor-submitted talent, coordinate with stakeholders, track progress from submission to closure, and negotiate rates as needed. Strong network-building and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Existing network of IT staffing vendors.
• Experience handling contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent IT staffing requirements.
• Experience working with multiple clients and high-volume IT requirements.
• Understanding of vendor SLAs, rate negotiations, and recruitment commercials.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with IT staffing vendors and recruitment agencies.
• Build, maintain, and expand a reliable network of IT recruitment vendors.
• Share IT job requirements with approved vendors and ensure timely candidate submissions.
• Screen and evaluate vendor-submitted candidates for technical and role fit.
• Coordinate with vendors, recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Track candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and closures.
• Negotiate vendor rates, terms, and commercial agreements where required.
• Identify and onboard new vendors to strengthen the staffing partner network.
• Maintain accurate vendor and candidate data in ATS/MS Excel or other recruitment systems.
• Follow up proactively with vendors to ensure requirements are fulfilled within agreed timelines.
