Job summary

Hiringhood in Hyderabad, India is seeking a Senior Vendor Sales Manager to lead vendor acquisition, onboarding and ongoing relationship management within our growing marketplace ecosystem. You will drive partnerships with vendors and suppliers, oversee onboarding, performance tracking, and strategic collaborations to expand the vendor network and delivery capacity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Vendor Acquisition, Partnerships, Partner Management, or Business Development
• Hands-on experience with marketplace platforms
• Experience in vendor/partner acquisition and onboarding
• Experience managing a large vendor or partner network
• Experience with marketplace, staffing, recruitment, HRTech, or SaaS platforms
• Strong vendor relationship and stakeholder management
• Strong negotiation and commercial partnership skills
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar
• Experience managing the complete vendor/partner lifecycle, from identification and onboarding through engagement and retention
