Job summary

Crimson Interactive in Mumbai seeks a proactive Recruitment Specialist to manage freelancer hiring across global projects. You will liaise with quality and project teams to identify urgent requirements, ensure confidentiality, and oversee data security and taxation for freelancers.

You will coordinate documentation, payments, and vendor relationships while maintaining brand reputation in the freelance community.

Qualifications

MS Word and Excel proficiency (Intermediate to Advanced).
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Experience in recruitment and working with freelance/remote teams.
Solid understanding of editorial workflows in publishing.

Responsibilities

Management of freelancer-related documentation

Management of freelancer payments and international taxation issues

Maintenance of brand rating at community forums and associated communication

On-the-go hiring requests for new services

Responsible for vendor hiring and management

Devise recruitment strategies for different positions and services

Job Objective

To liaise with the quality team and the coordinators to identify the areas where requirement is urgently recruited and make strategies for executing the recruitment

To ensure the quality focus and recruit only those applicants who meet exacting criteria

To ensure that all recruitment processes are compliant with confidentiality and data security needs, and to manage all legal compliance and taxation-related activities for freelancers

To undertake various activities and projects with a view to making Crimson a preferred employer in the freelance community

Timely and target-driven recruitment for various freelance positions

For freelance translator position, analysis of freelancer spread (for multiple parameters) and setting recruitment targets

Interaction with quality team and other Project Management members on aspects of freelancer recruitment and integration

Full responsibility for collecting, securely maintaining and regularly updating all freelancer documentation

Ensuring compliance of our record-keeping with ISO and legal standards

Documentation and regular review of all Recruitment team protocols

Freelancer and Vendor payment

One-point contact for all freelancer payments, including one-time and out-of-turn payments. Direct coordination with Accounts Executive and banking solutions provider

Invoice matching and monthly payments for all freelancers

Handling all payments and accounts-related issues for freelancers

Brand Management

Executing strategies for improving brand visibility

Executing goodwill-fostering and resource-sharing exercises in the freelance community
