Job summary

Crimson Interactive in Mumbai is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Technology team. You will gather, analyze, and document business requirements for our products, collaborating with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

With 3–6 years in business analysis, you translate objectives into detailed specifications, create user stories and wireframes, and maintain project docs. The role follows a 10am–7pm schedule, five-days workweek.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Managers to understand objectives and translate them into detailed requirements
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and systems and identify areas for improvement
• Develop user stories, use cases, and wireframes to communicate requirements
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements, resolve issues, and obtain sign-offs
• Collaborate with development and design teams to implement requirements as specified
• Create and maintain project documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and test cases
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure product meets requirements and quality standards
• Configuration management

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic Product Management team. 3-6 years experience. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure that our products meet customer needs, are of high quality, and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Product Managers to understand the business objectives and product vision, and translate them into detailed functional and non-functional requirements
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and systems, and identify areas for improvement
• Develop user stories, use cases, and wireframes to clearly communicate requirements to cross-functional teams
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements, resolve issues, and obtain sign-offs
• Collaborate with development and design teams to ensure that the requirements are implemented as per the agreed upon specifications
• Create and maintain project documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and test cases
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that the product meets the requirements and quality standards
• Configurations management
