Job summary

Qollabb EduTech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to source and assess candidates for diverse roles.

You will screen applicants, conduct interviews, and build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to support hiring needs. You will coordinate the interview process, manage job postings and the applicant tracking system, and provide guidance to hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
