Job summary

BTVK Advisory in Bangalore is seeking a Recruiting Operations Associate to coordinate recruiting activities with the US recruiting teams and support recruiters with process management.

You will maintain candidate, requisition, and hiring data in Workday ATS, assist with postings, onboarding workflows, and recruitment projects, and help generate reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar ATS preferred.
• Experience coordinating with India and US-based teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities and tasks with the US recruiting teams.
• Support recruiters with recruitment activities and process management.
• Maintain and update candidate, requisition, and hiring data in Workday ATS.
• Assist with job postings, requisition management, and candidate tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment processes. Ensure recruitingdocumentation and records are accurate and up to date.
• Partner with recruiters and HR teams to support onboarding and hiring workflows.
• Generate and maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and status updates. Track hiring progress and follow up with stakeholders on pending actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations. Assist with recruitment projects, audits, and operational improvements as needed.
