Qualifications

Responsibilities

Master’s in human resources preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of related experience required; professional services industry experience preferred. SHRM certification preferred. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and outstanding client service orientation; ability to interact with people at all levels, develop rapport and influence others. • Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to own and drive project schedule from start to finish, including managing peers and individuals senior to you. • Demonstrated initiative and leadership skill. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify business needs or process improvement suggestions and communicate suggestions to leadership or others as appropriate. Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint).
