Job summary

Systemsoft Nextgen in Hyderabad is seeking a Delivery Manager IT Recruitment with 10–15 years of exclusive IT Staffing experience to lead recruitment delivery operations and drive high-quality candidate submissions. The role requires strong leadership, process compliance, team mentoring and KPI-driven delivery to meet client requirements in a fast-paced environment at Madhapur.

Experience with ATS like Ceipal, and a proven track record in managing permanent and contract staffing will be valuable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• 10–15 years of experience exclusively in IT Staffing, Recruitment or IT Consulting companies.
• Proven experience managing recruitment delivery teams.
• Experience handling permanent staffing, contract staffing, or both.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Ceipal.
• Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs, SLAs and delivery metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment delivery operations and ensure high-quality candidate submissions.
• Manage recruitment team, mentor staff and drive process compliance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading recruitment delivery operations, ensuring high-quality candidate submissions, managing recruitment team, driving process compliance and achieving delivery excellence for clients. This role requires strong leadership, recruitment strategies, team mentoring and quality assurance capabilities while ensuring timely fulfillment of client requirements.
