Job Overview

The Recruiting Coordinator will support the Global Recruiting Organization and will be responsible for all scheduling and completion of tasks assigned as it pertains to the recruiting process lifecycle. Strong attention to detail is essential for the role. This position reports to the Supervisor of Recruiting Support.

Responsibilities

• Processing and entering confidential and sensitive candidate or new hire information
• Heavy scheduling of interviews, some with a same-day turnaround time
• Ability to complete tasks assigned, while following internal processes and adhering to deadlines
• Administer international background check process
• Initiate offer letters, employment agreements, approval processes, and ensure prompt follow up and communication to Recruiting and Human Resources
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally in formal emails to candidates and managers
• Assist with developing and documenting recruiting department process guides
• Administrative and recruitment operation processes and practices
• Assist with general recruitment inquiries
• Work individually or as part of a team to complete deliverables
• High level of integrity and confidentiality to support the critical nature of the Global Recruiting Team
• Adhoc projects as they arise, which may include support in other regions the company operates in

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience
• 1+ year professional experience with scheduling & calendar knowledge a plus
• Strong customer service and effective communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
• Experience communicating with all levels of an organization
• Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be able to switch gears quickly and operate in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Driven and creative self-starter with passion and great work ethic
• Ability to be resourceful
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) experience a plus
• Applicant Tracking System experience a plus

Estimated Pay Range: Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
