Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Scrum Master to join our distributed teams supporting PST hours. You will lead daily standups, scrum of scrums, and all ceremonies, coaching teams toward SAFe practices and continuous improvement.

The role requires SAFe and CSM certification, plus experience with Jira and remote team facilitation. You will collaborate with Product Owners and global stakeholders to keep programs on track and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Hands on Scrum Master and Scrum of Scrum meeting experience.
• SAFe certification or equivalent.
• CSM certification; coach, mentor and help teams deliver as they move to SAFe.
• Facilitated Program Increment (PI) Planning and budgeting experience.
• Experience working with various Product Owners (PO).
• Execute, facilitate all ceremonies, and keep everyone on the train.
• Familiar with Jira and remote team facilitation.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily standups, oversee ceremonies, and schedule all agile events.
• Create and refine User Stories; align with 2-week Sprints.
• Invite the right roles to meetings and manage the Jira Scrum board.
• Coach and mentor teams to adopt SAFe practices and improve maturity.
• Coordinate with Product Owners and global stakeholders to keep programs on track.

Job Overview

Location: 100% Remote supporting PST

The selected Consultants need to be very well versed in Agile, providing daily standups, oversight, mentoring and scheduling of all ceremonies, ability to create and help with User Story construct, adhere to a 2 week Sprints, and organize the ceremonies by inviting the right people (roles) to these meetings, and use Jira for the Scrum board, backlog.
