About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
• Conduct initial candidate screening through phone calls.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare and post job openings on various platforms.
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update ATS/HRMS systems.
• Assist with onboarding activities and pre-employment documentation.
• Support employee engagement and other HR-related activities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Work towards assigned recruitment targets and timelines.
