Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for semiconductor professionals across technical and engineering roles.
• Experience hiring for NVIDIA, Broadcom, Qualcomm, Intel, AMD, MediaTek, or Texas Instruments is preferred.
• Strong experience in Semiconductor / Chip Design / Semiconductor Engineering recruitment.
• Experience sourcing candidates from leading semiconductor organizations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for semiconductor and chip-design-related positions.
• Source candidates with expertise across semiconductor engineering and technology functions.
• Build talent pipelines for niche semiconductor roles.
• Understand technical job requirements and translate them into sourcing strategies.
• Conduct candidate screening and evaluate technical background and domain relevance.
• Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and candidate joining.
• Develop market intelligence around semiconductor talent availability and compensation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

Candidates with experience hiring for organizations such as NVIDIA, Broadcom, Qualcomm, Intel, AMD, MediaTek, Texas Instruments, or similar semiconductor organizations will be preferred.
