The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of recruitment experience and will manage various aspects of talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding. This is a full-time mid-senior level position in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

The purpose of the role is to source and hire the right talent against the requirements shared by the business and ensuring a positive employer brand experience for the candidate throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Hire required talent from various sourcing channels.
• Understand business projections and urgency of talent requirements across order and cadre demands, skill type, volume vs niche.
• Create sourcing plan aligned with hiring channel mix and cost considerations.
• Utilize job portals, consultants, employee referral to find the right fit from the industry or within Wipro.
• Facilitate selection process with the technical panel for shortlisted candidates.
• Facilitate selection tests such as technical programming language skills as required by the business.
• Conduct HR evaluation round and negotiate salary, position with candidates.
• Obtain necessary approvals to ensure hiring stays within Wipro’s salary range and meets average cost per candidate targets.
• Formally roll out job offers and coordinate acceptance with candidates.
• Maintain ongoing relationship with selected candidates until joining.
• Coordinate background verification with HRSS team.
• Communicate status updates with business teams and managers.
• Manage candidate experience through the recruitment process, ensuring responsiveness, clarity, compensation, SLAs, quality and auditability.
• Resolve candidate concerns and manage escalations.
• Maintain recruitment data daily and update dashboards for management.
• Conduct regular reviews with management to ensure recruitment data reliability.
• Meet delivery performance parameters such as fulfillment targets, average recruitment cost, customer satisfaction, cost of hiring, compliance.
