Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru, India is seeking an experienced recruitment specialist to drive end-to-end hiring. You will manage sourcing, outreach, interviewing, and onboarding across multiple client roles in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

You will partner with hiring managers, optimize candidate experience, and coordinate with external vendors as needed. Proficiency in English and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Familiarity with the India recruiting landscape, compensation trends, and hiring practices.
• Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting capabilities.
• Experience using an ATS effectively; familiarity with Ashby is a plus.
• Experience hiring for consulting, technology, or professional services roles is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
