Job summary

Weekday AI is seeking a proactive recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple mandates in Mumbai. You will source top talent, screen candidates, and build strong pipelines, working closely with founders, CXOs and hiring managers to close roles.

You will own the candidate experience from first contact to offer, leveraging LinkedIn and creative sourcing strategies to attract high-potential candidates for fast-paced client needs.
