Job summary

NIIT is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to own the full lifecycle of hiring for client partners in Gurugram on a 12 month contract. The role requires deep talent analysis, strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, and closing offers with excellent communication skills.

You will work with a client-focused mindset, networking to access diverse talent pools and delivering top candidates. The successful candidate will execute recruiting strategies, manage candidates and interview processes, and

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle recruiting for client partners.
• Conduct talent analysis and develop recruiting strategies including sourcing and engagement.
• Maintain client focus and proactively network for talent pooling and process improvements.
• Execute recruiting strategy, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview coordination.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate in a team environment.
• Leverage consulting skills to lead and participate in recruiting initiatives.
• Create and scale sourcing plans using phone/video outreach and online research.
• Help build and manage NIIT's talent brand externally.

Duration: 12 Month Contract

• Own full lifecycle recruiting
• You should be able to conduct deep talent analysis and develop recruiting strategies that include sourcing, candidate engagement/advisement, and closing candidates with excellent communication skill sets.
• Be client-focused and committed to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to client partners (hiring managers), a natural assessor of top talent
• Execute a recruiting strategy, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
• Be self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
• Use your consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as both a leader and member
• Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
• Build and utilize a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone/video conferencing and internet research
• Help build and manage talent brands externally.
