Role Overview

We’re looking for a HR Recruiter who understands the FinTech/BFSI landscape and who wants to build a career in HR and recruitment.

This role involves complete ownership of sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates across tech, product, design, data, business, and operational roles.

You’ll handle sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and helping us close roles within defined timelines. We need someone who learns fast, communicates well, and can manage multiple tasks with responsibility and professionalism.
