Qualifications

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of journal entries, adjustments, and other postings in the general ledger.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
  
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of financial reporting.
  
• Provide support for ad-hoc projects related to fixed assets, capitalization, depreciation, etc.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years' experience in finance & accounts role with expertise in Record to Report (RTR), Intercompany Accounting, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Month End Reporting.
  
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S., B.Com).
  
• Strong understanding of US GAAP principles and practices; knowledge of IFRS is an added advantage.
