Job summary

Capgemini Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Record To Report (R2R) specialist to lead the monthly close, including journal entries, balance sheet and fixed asset reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and month-end reporting.

The ideal candidate has 9–14 years in R2R, a BBA/BMS degree, and a strong understanding of PeopleSoft ERP, with proven ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 9-14 years of experience in Record To Report (R2R) with expertise in journal entries, month end closing, balance sheet reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation, and fixed asset accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (BBA/BMS).
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft ERP system.
