Job summary

Global Payments in Pune seeks a Financial Planning Analyst to join the Treasury & Settlement Operations team. You will perform and oversee complex reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and support junior staff while driving process improvements. Share findings with senior management and ensure policy compliance.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in reconciliation, strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and excellent communication to collaborate cross-functionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in accounting/finance; Masters preferred.
• 6–8 years in account reconciliation or financial analysis.
• Proven track record in complex reconciliations and process improvement.
• Advanced Excel skills including macros and pivot tables.
• Experience with ERP systems and reconciliation tools.
