Job summary

Futops is seeking an Application Support professional to work on our MNC client in Chennai. You will focus on core banking/fintech solutions with emphasis on iPaaS, SaaS and cloud integrations, and you will work hands-on with Duco or alternatives like Xceptor, IntelliMatch or TLM to configure rules.

You will collaborate with Operations and Tech teams, ensuring go-live readiness, strong reconciliation knowledge and adherence to ITSM frameworks, while maintaining stability and observability across

Qualifications

• Application support experience in core banking/fintech with focus on iPaaS, SaaS and Cloud solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Duco (preferred) else Xceptor, IntelliMatch, or TLM to configure rules.
• Strong knowledge of reconciliation frameworks, regulatory functions, Nostro accounts and integration workflows.
• Infrastructure management across distributed & hybrid architectures (cloud-native + on-premises integration modules).
• Proficiency in monitoring & job scheduling tools; observability tools and techniques.
• Understanding of banking operations, finance and risk processes; familiarity with ITSM frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Collaborates with business, Operations and technology stakeholders to refine reference data requirements & validation rules for Go-live.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; hands-on focus on support stability and resiliency.
• Experience band 3-10 Years.
• Support Scope other than L2 production support; Minor configuration changes; Matching-rule updates via L3; UAT-first changes; Production sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for core banking/fintech integrations.
• Engage with vendors and L3 for change requests and production releases.
• Configure rules in Duco/Xceptor/IntelliMatch/TLM and ensure UAT-first validation.
• Maintain monitoring, scheduling and observability across hybrid environments.
• Coordinate with Ops and tech teams to ensure Go-live readiness.
• Ensure compliance with ITSM processes and regulatory requirements.

Working Hours: Must be flexible with Time zone as per Indian working hours and Singapore working hours

Key Skills & Experience

Changes made and validated in UAT first, followed by user testing / sign-off.

Verified config export then imported into Production.

Change Requests / Enhancements

Business Operations raise the request to L3 support.

Taken up with the vendoras a standard enhancement / change-request workflow.

• Governed with UAT sign-off and controlled Production release

Mandatory Skills:
