Job summary

iBCScorp, part of BNPP Wealth Management, is seeking an experienced IT production support professional in Chennai to manage L1/L2 incidents, BAU service requests, and infra maintenance. The role requires handling AS400 technologies and monitoring batch processes in a 24/7 production environment.

You will monitor and resolve batch issues, adhere to SLAs, document knowledge articles, and identify automation opportunities to improve availability and performance.

Qualifications

• Total 4+ years of IT infrastructure and application support experience.
• 3+ years of AS400 tech support (DB2/400, CL/400, SQL/400, RPG, RPGLE, COBOL/400).
• Strong problem solving and communication skills; ITIL knowledge.
• Experience in supporting Core Banking applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support to application, system and batch-related issues on AS400 and Unix/Windows environments.
• Monitor Production batches and infra components.
• Escalate timely to Head of APS on risks and issues
• Adhere to Service Level objective targets and roadmap
• Identify and propose automation to improve system availability and performance
• Participate in 24/7 production support (shifts/weekends/holidays)

Job description

Part of BNPP Wealth Management in Chennai, the position is created to support
production activities. Candidate will play a major role in handling Incidents, BAU service
requests, Infra Maintenance activities and work in shift basis (24/7 production support).

• Provide L1/L2 support to application, system and batch-related issues on the respectiveAS400 [ primary], Unix/Windows [secondary] environments used by the differentdomains in Wealth Management
• Monitor Production batches and infra components.
• Ensure batch-related issues are attended to and resolved on time
• Escalate timely to the Head of APS on possible risks, escalation matters, and management
  issues
• Adhere to Service Level objective targets and roadmap
• Review and create application Support knowledge articles.
• Ensuring that all production deliverables are aligned with bank standards and best
  practices.
• Identify and propose automation wherever possible to improve system availability,
  productivity and performance.
• Should Take part in 24/7 production support (i.e Shifts/Weekend/Public holidays)

Education Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of verifiable B2B enterprise software, SaaS, or agency technology sales experience with a documented track record of closing high-ticket deals ($25k–$250k+).
• Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of B2B digital transformation, cloud architecture, custom app/web development life cycles, and SaaS platform models.
• Network / Book of Business: Active US-based executive network (CTOs, CDOs, Agency Owners, VPs of Technology, Founders).
• Independence & Discipline: Proven capability to operate autonomously as a 1099 independent sales leader without corporate oversight.
• Account Governance: Strong relationship management skills to fulfill SPOC duties and maintain monthly touchpoints with retainers >$500/mo.
