PropShop is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to lead our real estate sales operations at Noida Sector 63.

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Experience: 3+ Years in Real Estate

Salary: Up to 5 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective business targets.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize conversions.
• Lead Management: Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, client engagement, and pipeline progress to ensure efficient lead conversion.
• Site Visits & Closures: Drive qualified site visits, negotiate with clients, and support the team in closing property deals.
• Target Achievement: Take ownership of monthly sales targets and implement action plans to address performance gaps.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
