Strong English, Hindi, and Marathi communication, good negotiation and relationship-building skills are required; ownership and target orientation are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Real Estate CP Firm is mandatory.
• Must have worked in Navi Mumbai market.
• Should have progressed journey from calling to closing the deal.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls and generate business opportunities.
• Attend to client enquiries and understand their property requirements.
• Manage clients throughout the sales process, from enquiry to site visit and closure with closing manager.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate and attend client meetings/site visits.
• Negotiate with clients and effectively close property deals.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
