Job summary

Headstrong HR Consulting Services is recruiting for an Associate-level role in Mumbai real estate sales. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with clients to understand property requirements, and drive sales from enquiry to site visit and closure.

Must have 1+ year experience in Real Estate CP Firm, Navi Mumbai market exposure, and strong English with Hindi/Marathi communication. Own vehicle preferred; target-driven with good negotiation skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls and generate business opportunities.
• Attend to client enquiries and understand property requirements.
• Manage clients throughout the sales process, from enquiry to site visit and closure with the closing manager.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate and attend client meetings/site visits.
• Negotiate with clients and close property deals.

Strong convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Should be target-oriented, confident and sales-driven.
