Job summary

JAC Recruitment in Bengaluru seeks a results-oriented real estate sales professional to grow corporate leasing. You will handle corporate client sales, property introductions and negotiate terms with owners, leveraging deep knowledge of the Bangalore market.

Responsibilities include researching properties, updating inventory, coordinating viewings, and supporting the leasing cycle from proposals to close, while building durable owner and broker networks.

Qualifications

• Experience handling sales to corporate clients and property leasing.
• Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market with strong local connections.
• Good English communication and client-facing skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate terms with owners and close deals.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office tools for reporting and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Research office, commercial, factory and warehouse properties.
• Collect and organize property information and maintain inventory.
• Build relationships with owners and brokers for opportunities.
• Support property proposals for corporate clients and coordinate viewings.
• Assist in the leasing process from proposal to closing.
