Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced real estate portfolio professional in Indore District to lead leasing, manage tenant relations, and oversee end-to-end asset handling.

The role requires strong negotiation, due-diligence, and MIS reporting skills to ensure compliant and optimal occupancy and asset performance. Collaboration with legal, finance, and external consultants is essential for smooth transaction execution.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial leasing mandates for the Group's real estate portfolio, identify tenants/lessees, negotiate lease terms, and close agreements.
• Manage and oversee the Group's real estate portfolio end-to-end, including tenant relationships, lease implementation, renewals, rent escalations, and occupancy tracking.
• Handle administrative upkeep of real estate portfolio documentation, compliance, statutory filings, property tax, utility accounts, and vendor/facility management coordination.
• Support and execute sale and purchase transactions for real estate assets, liaising with brokers, buyers, sellers, and legal counsel.
• Conduct due diligence on title, encumbrances, approvals, and valuations for acquisition or disposal of properties.
• Maintain an up-to-date register of all Group properties — ownership documents, lease agreements, valuations, and key dates.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and external consultants to ensure smooth execution of leasing and transaction mandates.
• Prepare periodic MIS/reports on portfolio performance, occupancy, rental yields, and pending action items for Directors.
• Assist in compliances and streamlining of documentation for the group’s real estate assets
