Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties, providing informed guidance and support throughout the transaction process. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting property visits, presenting suitable property options, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role involves negotiating terms, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and staying updated on local market trends and property regulations. The Real Estate Consultant will also participate in trainings, sales meetings, and promotional activities to strengthen product knowledge and improve client engagement.
