To be successful as React Developer you should possess:

• Experience in full‑stack development with expertise in building dynamic, responsive, and reusable UI components using React.js. Strong knowledge of state management (e.g., Redux, Context API) and React hooks. Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
