Qualifications

• 3-5 years of senior experience coordinating and supervising a small team.
• Knowledge of service line or previous experience in HRP or A&T
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required

Responsibilities

• Complex delivery management across projects with minimal supervision.
• Ensure alignment with objectives, timelines, quality and governance standards.
• Provide technical support for complex issues.
• Analyze and resolve complex issues with a proactive approach.
• Identify and drive process improvements and efficiencies.
• Stakeholder management and building cross-functional relationships across functions and geographies.
• Team support and guidance; mentor junior team members.

Experience

Key Requirements

3-5 senior experience; coordinates and supervises daily activities of a small team; sets priorities and supports performance/engagement actions with oversight from more senior managers.

Knowledge of service line or previous experience in HRP or A&T

Education

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

People management experience

Demonstrated first-line team leadership (work allocation, coaching, review/quality oversight) consistent with “supervises daily activities” expectation.
