Job summary

TMF Group in Pune, India, seeks a visionary leader to establish and scale the India Regional Delivery Centre, reporting to Global Head of Operations. You will drive transformation, lead multi-country delivery, and partner with senior leaders to expand capabilities and client impact.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in GBS/SSC/BPO or similar.
• Led large, cross-country delivery teams for international clients.
• Proven track record in scaling or transforming delivery centre operations.

• Strong stakeholder influence at senior/executive level.
• Drive operational excellence, process optimization and automation.

Role Overview :

As part of our ongoing transformation, we are expanding our Regional Delivery Centre (RDC) network and are seeking an exceptional leader to establish, scale and lead our India RDC.

This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for building and leading a large-scale delivery operation supporting multiple countries, service lines and global clients. Reporting to the Global Head of Operations, you will play a key role in shaping TMF Group's future operating model, driving operational excellence, digital transformation and sustainable growth.

• Leading the India Regional Delivery Centre as both an operational and strategic business unit.
• Building and scaling high-performing teams delivering services across multiple countries and client segments.
• Leading complex migrations, transitions and operational transformation programmes.
• Driving service excellence,productivity, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Partnering with senior leaders across TMF Group to expand RDC capabilities and increase business impact.

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Essential Experience:

• Significant leadership experience within a Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services Centre (SSC), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or comparable delivery environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading large, multi-disciplinary delivery teams supporting international clients and stakeholders.
• Proven success building, scaling or transforming delivery centre operations.
• Experience leading complex transitions, migrations or organisational transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior and executive-level leaders.
• Track record of driving operational excellence, process optimisation, automation and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed, hybrid and remote teams.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting and operational performance management.

Highly Advantageous:

Experience within Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Corporate Secretarial, Fund Administration or related professional services environments.

Experience establishing new delivery centres or expanding existing global capability centres.

Lean Six Sigma and/or project management certifications.

Qualifications:
