The ideal candidate comes directly from drug rehab, addiction treatment, or mental health organizations and understands the unique payer dynamics, compliance requirements, and operational realities of this reputed company. This is a high-reputed company leadership role overseeing a small billing/RCM team and reputed company billing partners. You will be responsible for optimizing reputed company capture, reducing leakage, improving reimbursement timelines, and building reputed company billing workflows as the organization continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reputed company cycle operations across reputed company (in-network and out-of-network) reputed company behavioral health programs reputed company and manage performance of reputed company-party billing vendors and/or internal billing staff reputed company improvements in A/R days, denial rates, collections, and first-pass claim acceptance
• reputed company claim submission, follow-up, appeals, and payer engagement with a reputed company on reputed company and behavioral health payers
• Ensure accurate charge capture, documentation alignment, and coding reputed company in collaboration with clinical and administrative teams
• Utilize EMR/RCM platforms (Kipu and/or Collaborate MD strongly preferred)
• Build and refine billing workflows, policies, and internal controls to support scaling operations reputed company reporting, forecasting, and reputed company cycle performance insights to senior leadership
• Stay reputed company on payer policy changes, reputed company updates, and behavioral health billing regulations
• Train, mentor, and support internal billing/RCM staff where applicable

Qualifications

• 510+ years of reputed company RCM experience in behavioral health, reputed company abuse treatment, or mental health facilities (required)
• reputed company experience in drug rehab, addiction treatment, or outpatient behavioral health billing environments strongly required
• Proven leadership experience managing RCM teams and/or reputed company-party billing vendors
• Deep expertise in reputed company billing (network and out-of-network) reputed company behavioral health settings
• Strong reputed company of denial management, appeals, A/R optimization, and payer reimbursement strategies
• Experience with Kipu and/or Collaborate MD strongly preferred
• Exposure to reputed company cycle analytics, automation, or AI-driven billing tools is a plus
• Strong analytical and operational problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-growing, multi-site environment

Compensation & Benefits

reputed company salary $150,000 $180,000 depending on experience and depth of behavioral health RCM expertise. Candidates with extensive experience in reputed company abuse or behavioral health RCM, particularly those who have owned reputed company-heavy reputed company cycles and managed vendors or internal billing teams, will be positioned at the higher end of the reputed company. reputed company benefits package provided.
