Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare billing or coding operations.
• 5+ years of people leadership managing managers and large PB coding teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership for PB coding and denial prevention.
• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with CPT, ICD10CM, modifiers, and payer rules.
• Mentor managers and offshore teams to drive performance.
• Monitor productivity, denial rates, and turnaround times; implement corrective actions.
• Partner with Denials, Audit, Compliance, CDI, Delivery, Technology, and Cycle leaders.
• Analyze denial trends and collaborate to implement sustainable process solutions.

Position reputed company

The Director, Coding reputed company Billing (Denials) provides strategic and operational leadership for reputed companylevel PB coding and denial prevention functions. This role is accountable for ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient reputed company coding practices with a reputed company emphasis on denial reduction, reputed companycause analysis, and payer rule adherence across assigned reputed company partnerships.

This position plays a critical role in scaling PB coding operations, strengthening denial management strategies and driving standardization and reputed company improvement in a dynamic, reputed companyoriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure PB coding accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and payerspecific regulations, including CPT, ICD10CM, modifiers, and payerspecific billing rules

• Establish, monitor, and improve productivity, reputed company, denial rates, and turnaround time metrics; implement corrective reputed company plans as needed
• Partner closely with Denials, Audit, Compliance, CDI, reputed company Delivery, Technology, and reputed company Cycle leaders to drive alignment and performance improvement
• Analyze denial trends and reputed company causes; collaborate crossfunctionally to implement sustainable process and education solutions

• Maintain reputed company knowledge of PB coding guidelines, regulatory updates, and payer policy changes; ensure reputed company education and communication to teams

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
• 8+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company or reputed company cycle operations, with deep expertise in reputed company Billing
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing managers and/or large PB coding teams
• Strong background in PB coding denials, payer rules, and audit readiness
• Demonstrated experience leading coding integrations, operational transformations, or largereputed company PB initiatives
• Proven ability to partner crossfunctionally and communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders

Certifications (Required or Strongly Preferred)
