Job summary

Genpact Noida is seeking an Account Receivable (RCM) Specialist to own end-to-end AR Follow-up, Denials Management, Billing and Collection, and ensure accuracy and compliance while handling insurance payers.

You will investigate open balances, perform reconciliations across ERA/EOB, cash, and deposits, mentor juniors, and partner with AR and Billing teams to resolve variances in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of AR experience in digital finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of ERA/EOB interpretation and denial resolution.
• Experience with high-volume transaction processing and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Resolve ERA/EOB posting exceptions, recoupments, reversals, and adjustments.
• Perform detailed reconciliations across cash, ERA, EOB, deposits, and billing output.
• Coach analysts on posting logic, documentation, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with AR and Billing teams to resolve payment variances and gaps.
• Support SOP creation, audits, root cause analysis, and control testing.
• Provide operational updates on reconciliation status and backlogs.

Inviting applications for the role of RCM (AR) Specialist (4B) – Payment Posting

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Receivable (RCM) Specialist to own and execute end-to-end management of AR Follow-up and Denials Management, Billing & Collection. In this dynamic role, you will manage follow-up and resolution of outstanding claims with insurance payers and period-end reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will leverage strong analytical skills to investigate open balance. The ideal candidate possesses deep, hands-on experience with RCM.

• Payment Posting

Acts as a Payment Posting SME responsible for complex posting scenarios, reconciliation exceptions, unapplied cash resolution, process controls, and mentoring of junior resources.

Work location-Noida (work from office)

Shift-Candidates must be willing to work 5 days from the office, with a 6:00 AM IST shift start

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex ERA/EOB posting exceptions, recoupments, reversals, offsets, and takebacks.
• Perform detailed reconciliation across cash, ERA, EOB, deposits, bank records, and billing system output.
• Coach Analysts on posting logic, adjustment handling, exception documentation, and quality standards.
• Partner with AR and Billing teams to resolve payment variances, missing payments, and account discrepancies.
• Support transition, SOP creation, quality audits, root cause analysis, and control testing.
• Prepare operational updates for reconciliation status, defects, backlog, and exception trends.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-8 years of AR experience with digital finance operations.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Advanced knowledge of ERA/EOB interpretation, adjustment handling, denial codes, and payment variance resolution.
• Strong healthcare RCM functional knowledge across MDM, Billing, and operational governance.
• Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, SUN System, Telis or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong cash reconciliation, exception management, and high-volume transaction processing experience.
• Ability to interpret systemic posting issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, quality review, documentation, and coaching skills.
• Exposure to automation, workflow tools, or reporting dashboards preferred.
