Larsen & Toubro is seeking a BIM Modeler in Chennai to develop and maintain 3D BIM models in line with BEPs and client requirements. You will collaborate with engineers and project teams, extract drawings, quantities, and schedules from BIM models, and ensure data consistency across documents.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to company standards, and ongoing learning in BIM workflows and tools, with active participation in clash resolution and design coordination.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM software: Tekla, Trimble Connect, AutoCAD.
• Understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
• Developing models per BEP and client requirements.
• Maintaining standards, naming conventions, modeling guidelines.
• Extract drawings, sections, schedules; assist quantity surveyors.
