Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking an experienced BIM/Drafting professional to develop and manage 3D structural BIM models for precast and tall building projects. You will generate shop drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and produce detailed CAD drawings including reinforcement BBS while ensuring adherence to IS codes.

The role requires strong collaboration with engineers to coordinate design inputs, with a focus on accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery of all drafting outputs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 10 years in residential and commercial precast & tall buildings projects.
• Proficiency in BIM Tekla (Precast), Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing and IS codes.
• Ability to understand architectural and engineering designs.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Job description
