Job summary

PeopleStrong in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee formwork activities on our construction projects. The role focuses on planning, coordination of shuttering scheme, and ensuring proper use of materials and equipment on site.

You will prepare formwork programmes, manage stock and labour allocation, liaise with stores and site teams, and ensure 100% materials reconciliation by project completion.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in civil formwork on construction sites.
• B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering required.
• Knowledge of shuttering materials and formwork systems.

Preparation of Formwork programme based on the overall construction methodsFinalization and coordination of Shuttering SchemeEnsuring effective and proper utilization of shuttering and staging materialsPlanning and allocation of materials / labour / Plant & machinery for formwork activities in coordination with concerned persons at siteMaking mock-up of various System formworkPeriodical reconciliation of formwork materialsPreparing stock statement of formwork materials both in Units and in Nos., with area of shuttering done category-wise, Plywood / Timber procured during the quarter / till date and Productivity report.Maintain close interaction with stores and site people for proper accounting of materialsDespatch and receipt notes to be sent to Cluster OfficeMaking of purchase requisition for Plywood and Timber after thoroughly analyzing the number of repetitionsReceipts of plywood / formwork materials to be acknowledged after quality checks to Cluster Office on monthly basis100% materials reconciliation at the end of the job
